He would still be my best friend and I would always have his back. This actually isn't that much of a dilemma. First invite someone you dont like over your house and use him/her as bait. Once your best friend now zombie is feasting on your bait, just clasp a heavy gauge chain around his neck and tie him up. Then you can train him and walk him around town like a dog. See he can still be your best friend.

You'd be doing them a favor as once they're a zombie they're not your friend anymore. They killed Lucy in Dracula in the same vein (pardon the pun). What you want is somebody you don't like get turned into a zombie so that you can truly relish the kill.
