You are on your way home from the bar. You are six drinks deep past any normal limit you set before you sit behind the wheel of a vehicle. You are currently having issues putting one foot in front of the other. On your way home you come across a wreck in the road. You are the first person here. While driving up you notice there is a woman and child in need of help. If you don’t stop and help, the woman and child may die inside the car. If you do stop, any authorities that arrive on the scene will eventually put you under arrest for driving while heavily intoxicated. What would you do?

How is this a difficult question? I don't care if you have half a dozen prior DUIs, you can't allow harm to come to ANYONE (woman, child or -- heaven forbid -- man) in that situation. There is going to be hell to pay if you are so drunk you actually make the situation WORSE...but that doesn't change common decency...
