Ex Alaska Govenor, Ex Republican Vice Presidential Candidate, Best Selling Author and current FOX News Commentator, Sarah Palin recently returned to Alaska only to learn that her oldest daughter (and mother of Sarah's Grandchild) Bristol, recently underwent a rather large breast augmentation!
