As depressing as it was to watch two guys act like apes the part where beaten-up-gangsta stands at the front of the bus, staring out at EBM with that mush for face and timidly repeats, "I'll F#$% you up" is just priceless.

I loved the part where someone says are you going to press charges? Hell he threw the first punch, and the old guy kicked his ass there after. The guy even walked up to the old guy who had moved to the front to get away from the situation and talk was tick for tat until the kid hit him. glad the guy got what he deserves...but if you watch the video the black guy is very apologetic and understandable (quite emotional for some reason too...). this is great. I love these type of stories. just the other day in the paper there was a story about a young junkie punk who tried to victimize an elderly man in his 80's breaking into his house and robbing him. little did the little punk know that the old man was a WWII vet with a house full of guns. he started firing buckshot at the little bastard and ran him off. I absolutely love stories like this. Little bothers me more than a lack of respect for elders.

What actually funny is after watching the video twice. One bystander on the bus says I got it all on video you should sue or call a lawyer. Something to that effect.
The black kid regardless of the verbage exchanged threw the first punch. he would be SOL in a court of law. Been there done that, every exchange I've ever been in I actually let the other person throw the first punch, then beat the shit out them. Never been charged, arrested only questioned as to how it started.
The moral here is don't mess with people you don't know you never know who might have taken marial arts for decades or who is just plain tough.
