Wal-Mart is a conundrum of perpetual poverty. They promote thye race to the bottom and hides behind a neoliberal idea that everyone benefits. Shopping there causes poverty domestically and internationally.

Blaming the victim? There is no victim! Black barbie and white barbie are both made by mattel. They are the only ones losing out by an underselling toy. If you have a problem with the fact that the toy is underselling, then you can blame the customers for not buying it (or the toy maker for not making something consumers want). Who would you blame? The Man? The greedy racist corporate slave drivers? White people? This has nothing to do with real forms of racial discrimination. I explained several times that my issue was that this was a red herring. There is no racial incident here, but in making an issue out of it, it takes away from the very real forms of racism that do occur (and to certain extent, kinda makes the complainers look like douche bags*)
