Its the backwards policies of many conservative states that lead to the high rate of teen pregnancies in this country. They dont provide sex education(abstinence only doesnt count) and make it difficult for teens to get contraceptives and birth control. At the same time these same people outlaw abortions. All the while they bitch and moan at the high rate of teen pregnancy and complain about the "welfare state" when its their own stupid social policies that are causing the problem in the first place!

Disappointing. At least Bristol, unlike her mother, seems to support educating teens about contraception, not just abstinence.
