1. This booklet was first written on 12th of July 2006 and was intended to be published then itself instead of waiting for the year 2010. However, Thakur Sher Singh Parmar alias Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee concluded that the time was still not ripe for its publication in July, 2006 in view of the-then prevailing chaotic Anti-American Geo-political scenario.
2. In any case, Thakur Sher Singh Parmar alias Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee had already made a promise in 2005-2006 to make this booklet public in the year 2010. By publishing this booklet now, Thakur Sher Singh Parmar alias Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee has kept his promise.
3. This booklet clearly shows for the first time in the world that the ECONOMIC INTEGRATION OF ALL the nation-States IS THE ONLY VIABLE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION [FOR THE WORLD-PEACE] TO THE GEO-POLITICAL CONFLICTS/WARS ON OUR BEAUTIFUL PLANET EARTH.
4. It is hoped that the WISE STATESPERSONS shall be helped immensely by the wisdom shown in this book so that the long-term sustainable peace prevails amongst all the nation-States.
