Incivility in Philly: Matthew Clemmens vomits on cop's daughter at baseball game

In Philadelphia Matthew Clemmens was arrested after deliberately vomiting on the 11-year-old daughter of a police officer during a Philadelphia Phillies baseball game at Citizens Bank Park.

According to officials Clemmens and a friend were sitting behind off-duty Police Officer Michael Vangelo and his two daughters, when the pair grew rowdy: cursing, spitting and spilling beer. Vangelo complained to an usher, and Clemmens' friend was escorted out the stadium by security.

After his friend was escorted out of the stadium witnesses report Clemmens became even more agitated, continuing with the cursing, and no doubt the beer drinking, and spilling, before announcing he was going to throw up.

Vangelo told police he turned to see Clemmens with his fingers down his throat before Clemmens began vomiting on Vangelo's 11-year-old daughter.

    • If you don't believe this, you've never been to a sporting event involving Philly fans. As far as this being an example of a whiny liberal being obnoxious,ha ha, it is the conservatives doing all the crying that I see, hell they complain about the lowest taxes in the last 50 years, and if your taxes didn't go down this year then shut the hell up cause you are truly blessed to be doing so well while people starve and babies die right here in America.
