I used to play Keen on these all the time!
While I thought floppies became obsolete some time ago, I find it odd to think that they were being produced even after the halt of Poloroid analog instant film (which is thankfully coming back).

I still have some whole large boxes filled with old diskettes- Windows 3.0 disks, Mac System 6 and 7 disks, even old Amiga disks.

i did love to see these drives come back, but with like 10 tb capacity :P man i feel nostalgic about those days when we didnt have cell phones, u had life at a slower pace .. and was more enjoyable!

Since you can boot from CD's and even flash drives now, the things just aren't of any use.
At best they'd hold maybe a few documents. And while it's kind of a waste to use a full CD on content smaller than 700 megs, the bottom line is that 1.4 megs really isn't enough to do much of anything useful.
