"Backwards" is a witty, captivating four-minute 2-D animated short film by the directionally challenged director Aaron Hughes, who accidentally directed this film completely in the wrong direction! Two lovers meet through a personals ad, and the backwards odyssey of their twisted romance leads viewers to a very surprising ending (or beginning).

This piece includes a number of colorful illustrations, as well as the humorously wacky and surprising animated short.
