It was actually set up by the public transport company. It is a thing they do for random bus drivers. The song they are singing isn't happy birthday but the Danish equivalent.

I added this to the group "current cult" which is while not ALWAYS positive,.....is certainty by no means necessarily negative at all,......and frequently serves as sort of a "neutral" filing system for all things that can be construed to be "groupable" into "clubs" and human subsets with a shared identity or interest ; hence,..."cult".
