Ignoring Lake Ontario and a few thousand other real lakes within spitting distance of the G20 summit site in Toronto, the Canadian government has constructed an indoor "fake lake" complete with cardboard forest backdrops and deck chairs to wow visiting world leaders. Don't worry about the cost, though. It's only money, eh?
