Yeah if you would've watched the segment of John Stewart come to a close after the interview the very next commercial was about her show, and it showed her making a pot joke in it.

I thought it was damn hilarious, she goes off on this little trip about not making jokes about all sorts of things including pot which John is playing into and pretending she's all serious, then 2 minutes later she's making a pot joke.

i watched the show, i never do television that much, especially new sitcoms, but Betty White kicks ass :), so i was gonna give it a chance.
that pot bit was funny and relevant.
unless i've missed it, i'm surprised we haven't seen an immediate national debate already over "an old lady possibly smoking pot" on TV, with her being the legendary lady.

who knows why she would have been ok doing that after what she said on the Daily Show, it's no big deal.

When your boss says what are you doing this weekend, it should be okay to explain that your bonfire and beer party is a bunch of friends coming over to dance around a fire and do drugs.
