I did see the full scale diagram and it still leaves out tons of planets, since it doesn't include any of the Humanx Commonwealth either. Alaspin, Cachalot, Hivehom, Midworld and Tran-Ky-Ky certainly deserve their place.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Humanx_Commonwealth_planets
Another thing is that it misses the star Luficer that was made from Jupiter in 2010
It was just more convient to leave them out since they wanted to make particular plants fit their diagram since other galaxies were to complicated.
It makes it more colorful and cool but also makes it a lot less geeky

I prefer the Omniverse over the Geek Universe - Heinleins timelines.

Heh, LV-426, I actually looked for that one here, so sad. What is Duckworld and how can I get there? It sounds great.
The geeks forgot Tatooine? I thought that would be like Mecca to them.

Heh, I had a feeling that it was from either Howard the Duck, or Duckman. Remember Duckman?! If I remember correctly, there were some voluptuous lady ducks on Howard's planet.

It certainly leaves out a whole lot, especially authors like Larry Niven that have their own galaxies with planets like Kzin, Jinx and the Ringworld.
Too geeky for them to include?

Its like a " TV fam-hour Celeb feature"; only those VERY WELL KNOWN,.....and usually "sexy" with a "bubbly personality" are included. ( Without a strong fan base lobby effort----GO VINTAGE TREKKERS ! ) NIVEN is mmm,.....mmmmm,...RPG good! ( and fully fleshed out ; to rich for commercial pap consumption. probably. )

Yeah this isn't news, it's long since been known that geeks make up stupid shit to compensate for their lack of charisma, and other social deficiencies.
