Honestly, will removing the tattoo, or changing it make a difference? Other prisoners find out what you did in prison and usually can piece together why you did it regardless of whether or not you have a tattoo that identifies you as a racist. He’s 21, so he was one of those all knowing 19 year olds when he went crazy. I say segregate his butt. That way we will not have to pay to remove those tattoos and his youthful stupidity can still be served out in prison. Hopefully he will get a grip on reality in time and grow into another person. It does happen, youth is malleable. We can hope. But if not, I’m sure he will F up in prison one way or another.
