I just don't see the f-ups, Eden, my dear. So far, he has done better than every president in my lifetime except, perhaps, Clinton...and I go back to Kennedy. After 10 presidents, I have a pretty good idea what kind of performance to expect on average. There certainly has never been a Republican president who holds a candle to what Obama has accomplished thus far. Those who have pretty much only seen Clinton, Bush II and Obama since they have been old enough to follow politics really won't have much basis for comparison unless they are particularly well-informed.

If the lawsuits had no basis a simple motion for summary judgment would take care of them. If the litigants persisted, they would be found in contempt of court and could be fined and/or jailed. Their attorneys would be subject to Rule 11 sanctions including fines and loss of license to practice.
