TAMPA - Two men were arrested in Ybor City this morning, accused of harassing a police horse after the bars closed.

Mitchell David Cruz, 18, of 6737 16th Terrace N. in St. Petersburg, tried to grab the horse's tail, according to an arrest report. Cash Morgan Gaddes, 19, of 9217 Water Hazard Drive in Hudson, was arrested after being told repeatedly to get away from the horse, then pushing it, according to the report.

Cruz was arrested on a charge of harassing or interfering with a police animal and is being held in a Hillsborough County jail on $250 bail. Gaddes was arrested on a charge of intentionally touching or striking a police animal and is being held on $500 bail.

I guess if your name is Cash and you have a hickey on your neck, then harrasing a horse with a policeman on it just comes natural...
