Banks Create Undead!!!...for nefarious purpose!!!

How, may you ask, can a woman who has been dead since 1995 sign documents more than a decade later? Normally, one would hazard to guess that stamps with her signature on them were still in use (this is more common than you would think in foreclosure land). That would be plenty troubling.
But this little account comes from the debt collection realm, a cesspool of bad practices. Here, the credit card company's... (more of story at link) and yes Foreclosure-gate has given you the robo-signing LIVING DEAD!!! (FIGRD!) http://www.figrd.blogspot.com

Please forgive my ignorance, what does the emoticon +^d mean? I've been seeing it at the end of several posts, and have not been able to find it on Wikipedia.

Banks in general, and Bank of America in particular, engage in legalized bank robbery all the time. The International Banking Lobby bought enough Congressional Representatives and Senators to eliminate the Glass-Stiegel Act. Buying votes used to be illegal, so that means eliminating the Glass-Stiegel Act was illegal. Consequently, that makes everything that has transpired since illegal.

But of course I would expect no less from BLOOD sucking bankers, who said the only sure things in life are Death and Taxes! It appears as if this woman has beaten death!

If she has been dead and the Bank still uses her signature then she should still be paying taxes! After all isn't she still employed by the bank, oh oh the bank hasn't been paying her? At least minimum wage for all those years. A real can of Worms has been opened!

I think they should follow that chain of command, right up the ladder. Who knew they were using a dead woman's name to robo sign? How high up did it go? Were the underlings running the show? While the CEO's raked in the dough?
