3 Yr old Makes Off With Bidens Speech

While swearing in senators on Thursday, the three-year-old son of Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) grabbed Biden’s script. After trying to reason with the boy, Biden realized he had to get more innovative. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out a bargaining chip — a mint.
