Background on this story:
Apparently, the company being pranked (Mobistar) has terrible automated call center, so these group of guys decided to prank them the only way they knew how:
They loaded themselves into a large crate, and had the crate dropped off in front of Mobistar's parking lot, so no one in the company could get in. There was only one number provided on the side of the box for a Mobistar security officer to call: one that led directly inside the crate, where the men inside simulated the same crappy automated call center Mobistar itself had.
