“Meltdown” is an awesome animated short film by Dave Green. This piece of madness depicts the harrowing ordeal of a bunch of last night’s leftovers trapped inside a malfunctioning refrigerator. As a large, ever-expanding block of ice threatens to end their very existence, a half-eaten ham sandwich must rally the other leftovers to stop the ice slowly encroaching from the rear of the aging appliance and save themselves to be eaten another day. This might be way more upsetting than any WWII movie you’ve ever seen!
This piece includes a number of color photographs, as well as the wickedly funny animated short film.
