Great show! Loved seeing Minnie the Moocher. I have not seen it in ages.

    • Good job Kenny, keep it up. Matt's a cutie and I agree, the Democratic party is guilty of negligence in my book as well. As the party of the people, they should have fought fiercely against the party whose sole aim is to destroy government, undermine it at every opportunity and sell it out from under the citizens of this country. These people should have been exposed every time they attempted to pass legislation that left the government in a weakened position. It wasn't done because they were/are bought, as is our media.

Thanks for posting this Sandy! It's official.....Wirch and Holperin kept their seats! As kenny said, the Reps have a razor thin margin....16-17. The one Rep, Schulz, voted against Walker's Union busting bill. He is a swing vote.

To rekindle a very old, old, old chewing gum commercial
I saw during the later 1970s which portrayed the voyage
of Christopher Columbus to the New World: It was his 1st
mate eyeing a telescope then excited at spotting seagulls
then landfall. " WOW, I THINK I SEE OHIO, COLUMBUS !!!
The captain then puts a stick of gum in his mouth, saying
      wryly: " That's COLUMBUS, Ohio...Hmmm " Guess you had
to be there as they say..

Yes. Circa 1977 was, perhaps before the 10 second commercials era.
Mass media studies in advertising, marketing long ago found that Americans
have too much A.D.D. to pay attention to more than that length of blurb. So
they turned to comedy to sustain their full 10 seconds of attention. They knew
if they didn't their infotainment would be forgotten even before 10 seconds
had elapsed. And they would have wasted their time & money. Corporate TV
sells their airtime for an exorbitant amount of money. It costs Billions of dollars
each year to sell soap ( hence soap operas ), and even chewing gum. But then,
in 1977, chewing gum was still made out of tropical tree chickle. Remember
Chicklets gum ? With the hyperinflation of counterfeit 100 Federal Reserve
" dollar " notes circulating for every real 20 quarters of minted coins, our money
has been devalued to about a nickle. ( What holds up the other 16 quarters
is that Americans still have 1/2 their industrial base left, and that we produce
some things foreign citizens want to buy...But mostly because the FRS notes
are still the world currency reserve notes. When that's gone, we'll be sliding
down that long slipery slope to complete economic collapse and martial law )

So they make gum out of rubber these days. Ironic, huh ? When you see the
Stride gum commercials, they rarely play the minority of Recaldent ingredient,
ostensibly dental health oriented commercials. ( good dental health is essential
in preventing stokes, and heart disease in all mamal species. Most especialy in
humans because humans typicaly eat too much sugar, and develop diabetis to
epidemic proportions ) Instead Stride focuses on the hyperagressive Military
Industrial Complex oriented Assault approach. Because the Corporate fusion
with the M.I.C. Eisenhaur warned us of in January 1961 has, 50 years later,
become such a menace to society, and has made life so cheap, that to them
we're all sheep, cattle or goats. Baaaaahhhhhhd. Tragic too. Like the rubber
in their gum, their shabby commercials bounce like a bad rubber check. Rubber
was once worth Gold (1940-1945) before they could artificaly create it. Now
that they've put latex in paint, and even gum, it's only worth devalued toy coins.

Without trying to be maudlin with nostalgia, I recall the era when Topps trading
card company packaged Mars Attacks ! trading cards, sports cards, and even
cabbage patch kids into chewing gum. Anyone who picks up a copy of Non
Sport Update hobby magazine can see all the wide variety of American History,
sci fi, and cinema oriented trading cards packaged into real chicke gum. ( Gum
is very important to human health because chewing it stimulates the salvary
glands to produce alkaline chemicals with anylase enzymes in them. The
enzymes are the only way that carbohydrates can be predigested properly.
That covers everything from beans to barley to bananas. Alkaline chemicals
balance the chemistry of the blood & tissues like de ionized water would, and
so greatly extend longevity. Good humor promotes spontaneously laughter
      which has the same effect.

My graduate college studies in educational media were never wasted. These
old time marketing people were very shrewd. And they contributed positively
to American civilization by enabling human health and teaching kids History.
Now I have to watch an archived, well researched Cinema production like the
1941 edition of the Wyat Earp legend: My Darling Clementine, or the John
Wayne movie Hondo to get a genuine repro of what & how the Arizona Territory
was, as an alternative to chewing gum trading cards. Kids who used to trade
these cards, later became self educated businessmen. I did the same thing
with the coins I was paid for doing my paper route work. Was in business at
12 with coins. In business with cards yet again at 45 and made upwards of
$300 K within 6 very busy years. Not ironicly, both businesses developed
from my self employed job in Journalism distributing. I had to extend credit
to my customers in the same way they did in the Old West. The prize in the
cracker jacks box was rarely collected, but the prize in the Topps chewing gum wrappers was always a collectible favorite of kids. Since the KennyMotown
show gives our community members something some comical op ed to ponder.
And as farmers say to " ruminate " about, I'd thought I'd throw in a chuckle.
Your AV approach shows a lot of talent and promise. Keep up the good work, bro.

Sure thing. I have so many pressing things on my plate these days it's
only been since Sunday last that I've had some of the extreme stress lifted
from my shoulders, and have regained a healthy sleep pattern which I haven't
had for 4 months. But once my Journalistic deadlines exposing the 30 year
run of the Syracuse FBI's Enterprise Corruption with WSYR TV is completed,
you won't need to prompt me to respond. It's not for any lack of interest. I
have to fight the effects of torture inducing serious physical injury which has
been sustained every day of my life since 1980 to even live & breath. It's
like walking on a lake bed which often becomes a river bed. The Enterprise
Corruption & 4th degree Money Laundering is the pattern of Racketeering
Felonies violating the New York State penal law Organized Crime Control
Act that I've been uncovering involves all my former employers since 1992.
Can you fathom being Stalked off of 42 jobs within 20 years when you need
to work to live ? The Syracuse FBI's 1st degree Assault on my person goes
back to Summer 1975. I had to wait 36 years before God allowed me the
opportunity to finaly eye witness 1 of the 21 FBI agents Stalking me pay
a Bribe to the manager of a gang of criminals to facilitate their Racketeering.

In Columbia, the legal system compells judges to take the responsibility of
both investigating & prosecuting criminal cases. If you recall the 80s, there
was a contrabandista takeover of their Judicial building in Bogota or some
big city there. The Columbian military Assaulted the building and killed judges
and cocaine terrorists alike because they wouldn't negotiate. They used to
say then that the MJ producers controlled their House, and the Cocaine
growers controlled their Senate. Kenny, there are 6 B Felonies, and 2 A-1
Felonies which the Syracuse FBI have organized to effect their Hate crime
& Labor Trafficking over me since their initial Murder Attempt by promoting
suicide in 1980. I had to gain a paralegal education from June 2002- Dec.2003,
work 80 hour weeks to pay off a Bankruptcy they promoted & acquire both
investigator skills & legal skills to plumb the depths of all the levels of their
Organized Crime to reconstruct it for the NYS Attorney General's Office. I've
had to apply my talents to fuction as though a Columbian judge to get this done.

There are no less than a horrendous number of counts of 51 Felonies
involved violating NYS penal laws so badly, the FBI/WSYR has been
subverting our NYS laws. My case against the FBI/WSYR is " the Truman
Show " made into a daily Racketeeering Reality TV Show involving 1st degree
Coercion, 1st degree Unlawful Imprisonment, Labor Trafficking, which is a
form of Slavery. The Federal Statutes outlawing Conspiracy to violate civil
rights under color of authority, Racketeering, Peonage(Slavery) haven't
been enforced due to the FBI's extreme corruption of the U.S.Attorney's
Office, which is an extension of the Onondaga County D.A.'s Office. Here
in Onondaga County, the Felony of Bribery to Install Public Officials (U.S.
Attorney, Fed Judge, D.A. Sheriff, local police chiefs is very common,
enabling WSYR's public corruption to spread Statewide. There have been
6 malicious prosecution attempts following 1 I had to allow to be able to eye
witness all I needed to document. That's how horrible my case against them
is. Under the R.I.C.O. Act, no corroberation is required to Indict ( though
honest witnesses are obviously always handy ) as the law counts on wide
spread police corruption (as exists in Syracuse), the intimidation & bribery
of witnesses to obstruct Justice. The 1970 Congress enacting the R.I.C.O.
Act knew that the typical Racketeering case invariably involves a profile of
Fed/State Felonies from Mail & Wire Fraud to Murder Conspiracy, which are
involved in my case. So they knew the law would be lucky to find even 1
Racketeering victim to survive who couldn't be Bribed and/or Intimdated
with the witnessed Murder 1 threats the FBI agent Mafia Mike made against
me as he FBI partner were Stalking me at Georgio's restaurant in Syracuse
      where I worked 5/04 through 10/05.

Some VERY high level public officials on the Federal level are involved in the
extreme corruption. My case is the reason why Nobama never recalled and
replaced the U.S.Attorney's under Bush as he promised. them Caesar once
said when he crossed the Rubicon river in Italia: " The die are cast " You
should be reading the scoop of a Journalist's lifetime in the New York Times
online before the completion of 2011. The State of New York will want to see
my story exposed. They'll need all the help they can get to break the 30 year
long stangle hold of the corruption of public officials here in Onondaga County
which is rotten to the... What else ?

Written yes, video no. Another of our good community member friends here,
Remanns has encouraged me to elect an immage for my avatar years ago.
I haven't even done that yet. Sorry, but even the cryptkeeper's skeletons
will have cobwebs on them before that ever happens. As both Albert Einstein
& Rod Serling would agree the minds eye of immagination ( a chakra of the
body) like you see interposed between the 2 levels of pyramids on the back
of the dollar bill is my free mason derived symbol. Consider me the camera
obscura of current.com like they have atop Pike's Peak in Colorado. Like the
big cats, I know it's easier to see when you're not seen. I once saw an entire
family of Tigers from cubs to grandparents, gently pad their feet down a
mountain while eyeing an entire herd of large mammals drinking from a
waterhole too busy to notice. Stealth is something I envy. Bhuddists are
encouraged to walk w/o leaving a mark even on rice paper. It's that eye
of the tiger thing that keeps us all alive from milisecond to milisecond by
giving us the ability to slow down time to observe like that scene out of
Star Trek Insurrection. Life is too much of an adventure for me to ever
want to miss even a split second of transitional stop motion scenes, like
the hummingbird flapping it's wings while pulling nectar out of a flower.

Merde is food to plants too, but it doesn't mean it's fit for human consumption.
I've researched the long sordid History involving the clusterfuck of organized
crime subverting the judicial process which produced that bad law. You can
research it too if you like. The true facts surrounding what happened are in
the posted comments of White Noise, one of our community members from
early 2010 or late 2009 if I recall correctly. An 1800s lawsuit was brought
against a Corporation defendant on the plaintiff's grounds their business
practices were unlawful because they produced an inherently Discriminatory
effect thus violating a clause of the 14th Amendment. The judge in the case
actualy ruled in favor of the plaintiff. Unwilling to accept the court's decision,
and also unwilling to appeal it, the Corporation paid Bribes to the court
stenographer & reporter to commit Forgery, and alter the recording of the
judges finding. The judge was intimidated behind the scenes. Others who
could have protected him did not because they were Rewarded for Official
Misconduct, another form of Bribery. All that happened was a classic Organized
Crime m.o. The Forgery that altered the court record to defraud the plaintiff
stated that " Corporations are people " Apparently the plaintiffs did not or
could not appeal. Perhaps they were intimidated with death treats too. Suffice
to say that because law is based on precedant, other courts adopted the
Forgery, and States laws legislated to reflect this travesty. As Corporations
grew, their Bribery did too, all the way up to Bribery to Install Public Officials
in yet another more pervasive form of Bribery to effect corruption. All because
the 14th Amendment was criminaly turned around to subvert it from equaly
protecting the people it was designed to protect. This is History you didn't know.

Regardless of the legitimate nature of the oringal case. The Bush appointed Justices to Supreme Court ruled that Corporations are people too. Thom Hartmann wrote a book about it called Unequal Protection. Corporations have been working on Corporate Personhood ever since the 14th amendment was ratified.

I was just making the point that Mitt made a Freudian slip by admitting that corporation were people too and was correct in saying so. No the 14th amendment was clearly meant to ensure the rights of free slaves, but as it stands it also includes corporate personhood. It aint right but there's a lot of that going around these days.

Yes. It's correct to say the 14 th Amendment has been subverted by
Corporation corruption seeking to dominate all citizens now and not
merely minorities. Domination is one major symptom of Slavery. If
the domination gets to be so overwhelming that it deprives anyone
of self determination, and seeks to deprive anyone of escaping it,
it IS Slavery in it's most evil form. It's classified under the Federal
Code laws outlawing Peonage. And under the N.Y.penal law which
outlaws Labor Trafficing, because it's m.o. is coerced involuntary
servitude. The phony Corporate personhoood is the means to
revert our system back to the feudal order in which serfs were
      the peons, as essentialy slaves,

Here's a little cartoon that could sum up what the Rethuglicans are doing to scare the Heck out of the voters.

Create a story about a terrible thing will happen if the Democrats keep the White House, the Senate and win votes in the HOR!

      The sky WILL fall!

But all they want us, the voters for, is to have us over for "dinner" if they win!

P.S. I have no control over the "start" but this cartoon is so apropos!

We have truly lost the kind of political debate that stirred the soul. It will however be interesting to observe the millions upon millions of dollars that will be pumped into these clown's campaigns as they simultaneously and hypocritically push for cutting our lifelines. Oh, and thanks for the Betty Boop. I used to do a wicked impression of her singing. Haven't done that in a while. ;-)

And people who use the patriotism line in a campaign are the ones you know don't have anything else. His state suffers and loses money, agriculture, wildlife and ecosystems in an excessive drought while he seeks his own political ambitions. I think that's pretty immoral and UNpatriotic of him.
