In Utah, little girls can't dress as Harry Potter for Halloween

An LDS ward in Sandy, Utah, came out with a policy for its Halloween party that there would be no "cross-dressing" costumes allowed for the children.

That means that not only would boys not be allowed to dress as Dr. Frankenfurter, girls couldn't even dress as Harry Potter! And girls couldn't dress up as cowboys -- they'd have to be wearing a skirt, I guess.

And what about kids dressing up as ghosts? How can you tell if they are a boy ghost or a girl ghost -- by peeking under their sheets.

I don't mean to pick on the LDS, but this is pretty darned silly, and pretty obviously some sort of idiotic anti-gay statement.

Look at those girls above! Don't they look absolutely immoral!
