Cop gets pissed when the driver of a pulled-over SUV refuses to let him search his car without a warrant.

This is a perfect example of the importance of knowing your rights, don't be afraid to JUST SAY NO to Unlawful Searches... Because as you all just seen, without your permission (or a warrant) they can't search you or your vehicle.

    • I've got a question. Is that officer still "out there" to "protect & serve" ? He should be fired, and even have a hard time becoming a "Paul Blart"

    • The way the police officer reacted makes me wonder if he was intending to "find" narcotics evidence and was extremely angry that his chance to arrest someone for possession of a material that was not really in their possession was thwarted.

    • I wonder how many cops there are out there that are this unhinged -- this is actually frightening as hell; I sure as hell wouldn't want to come face-to-face with this psycho.

      Yeah that little piggy needs some therapy, counseling, anger management or something...

      I can't stand cops anyway, granted their are a few good ones.... Actually there are some that are VERY good decent people that happen to be cops, there is one that's been on Oprah, and later received a congressional medal for some kid of heroics or valor {Mike Jones, aka Salvage Santa, aka A Saint, aka Model Citizen & Christian [not the fake, ultra hypocritical kind as popularized by pop-culture]}

      But the good ones are like needles in haystacks, most are too concerned with money to be made off seizures than going after real criminals. And then when people are finally ready to string up the cops, they like to find a patsy they have no case on, try them in the court of public opinion thereby diverting the animosity at their inept laziness, resulting in sentencing an innocent person to hard time....

    • Not the first time a control freak loses it when he doesn't get his way. Safe bet is he was gonna be a good cop and let the driver off to get the ok to search, then hammer him on the search.
      I agree with EdJoy, this guy got burned from the inside.

    • Fuck the police. May they all die and rot in hell. When I hear a cop was killed in the line of harrassing and fucking over the people of the country my only concern is finding out where he is burried so I can piss all over his grave.
