"Supply side" you mean pissed-on? I always called it pissed on economics. The way they described it in the old Dinosaurs tv show seems more believable then the "official" version.
Earl's boss, B.P. Richfield, explained "trickle down economics". He stated that rich people, like himself, tend to live on hills while poor people, like Earl, lived at the bottom of these hills. He further went on to say that when rich people buy things they will get change back that they put in their pockets. After the rich people go home they have to dig around in their pockets for their house-keys. While they dig around in their pockets some of the change will fall out and trickle down the hill to the poor people.
Wish I could have found a vid clip, very funny show.

The Dr in the cartoon should have a thought bubble which reads, "Let's see. If I put that head on the body we're f___ed. If I put the other head on the body, we're screwed."
