When this scandal fell into our collective laps, we were as frisky as a lap dog. It seems that a few hours after Punxsutawney Phil told us that we were to have six more weeks of winter, the Pennsylvania State Police arrested him on bribery charges. Details are still in that "alleged" state, but WHACKO-TV's Wolf Douglas immediately ran with the story on BACKLINE. This could change the whole tradition of Groundhog Day in America.
