These parents need to turn themselves in for not having the sense that the Good Lord gave most of us. THEY Need to be INCARCERATED TODAY, & be sterilized so they don't spawn anymore.

Ok the 3 &4 year olds in the cage. I can see a parent doing that or if I was asked to babysit your kids. Some times it's the safest thing for the child.
