I hope Larry Klayman is successful in getting Judge Lewis to recognize we have a usurper in the White House. The judges in Indiana and Georgia threw out the cases there with the lame excuse that they believed Obama was born in Hawaii. While this is not enough evidence that Obama is eligible to hold the office of President, the judges never addressed this other eligibility issue. According to Article 11, Section 1, only natural born citizens can be president or vice president. Since Obama’s father was from what is now known as Kenya, this makes him ineligible to be president. To be a natural born citizen, one must be born in the country of question to two parents who are citizens of that country. Good Luck Larry.     • Natural born citizen doesn't mean that both your parents had to be US citizens. Totally stupid.....you have to be born in the US to be a citizen. Otherwise Colin Powell could never have even been considered to run for president if what you this article is saying is true.

      I guess all the other countries do not care to check who Obama is.
      The most powerful job in the world does not come with a background check, with a birth certificate check? NOT! Even a custodian gets a background check.

      There are more countries, people, FBI, CIA, NSA etc, etc that did their background check, with a birth certificate check. More than the people looking in it today.

      I will take the FBI's word about it. If they all seem to know more than the FBI etc, then why don't they go to the FBI etc & tell them how to do things if they know more than they do!
