CoD Modern Warfare 2 Redonkulous Edition Priced - $149

So it looks like a price has been set for the thing that kept you from falling asleep last night – Modern Warfare 2’s Prestige Edition (yes, the one with the night-vision goggles) will have a suggested retail of $149 according to Infinity Ward’s Twitter account.

For that, you get the previously mentioned goggles and molded head/stand to display them, an art book, a token to download the original Call of Duty on PSN/XBLA (with multiplayer)….oh, and you also get Modern Warfare 2, I guess.

But back to those goggles for a moment. Anyone in the know is aware that these things usually run in the thousands of dollars. Should we then assume that these are going to be like Fisher Price's My First NVGs? One would have to imagine that for around $100, the construction can't be that great - to say nothing of the optics themselves.
