Everyone's favorite gaming tournament is back for 2010! Dust off the Dreamcast - this year's first title in the Iron-Man of Gaming tournament is SEGA's punk infused cabbie classic, Crazy Taxi! See below for complete tournament details:
Crazy Taxi Rules & Objectives
Gameplay Settings
Mode Selection: Arcade
Game Setting: Work for 3 minutes
Character: Competitor's choice of default characters
Traffic Difficulty: Default (4 blocks)
Objectives
Competitors will have three (3) minutes to score the highest fare possible.
Competitor with the highest total fare will be declared the winner.
In addition to the rules for individual games, competitors must follow the general rules of the Iron-Man of Gaming tournament as outlined below:
General Tournament Rules
Absolutely No Cheat codes or glitches will be allowed for any game in the competition. If you are caught cheating you will be given 0 points for that game.
Out of respect for younger attendees and competitors please keep swearing to a minimum.
Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated, and could result in your removal from the Iron-Man of Gaming tournament and/or SGC.
Cheating and unsportsmanlike conduct will be determined by the station attendant.
Registration for the Iron-Man of Gaming tournament will take place onsite at SGC. More information about registration and prizes will be revealed in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!
