New German movie tells the story of legendary World War One German fighter pilot Manfred von Richthofen, known as The Red Baron.
The film "The Red Baron" premiered in Berlin and is about von Richthofen, who achieved at least 80 aerial warfare victories when he served as a German pilot, flying in a bright red Fokker DR-I plane. Given Germany's shame over its history and Nazi past, "The Red Baron", a German-British co-production starring Matthias Schweighofer and Joseph Fiennes, is one of few films to look at the life of a German hero.
