Jonathan Ross gets Bafta Film Awards gig

Controversial BBC presenter Jonathan Ross has been signed up to host this year's Bafta Film Awards, despite being at the centre of last year's "Manuelgate," which saw him the proud catalyst in the BBC's highest ever number of complaints.

'Wossy' is set to host the awards only days after his much-publicised BBC suspension ends. There had been rumours as to whether he would be hosting the awards, but he announced the gig over his Twitter profile.

Seems having a filthy mouth and complete disregard for an elderly man's feelings can pay off...

    • In other Wossy news, Tom Cruise has signed up to appear on his comeback show at the end of the month, along with Stephen Fry, Lee Evans and Franz Ferdinand.
