Actress/musician/poet Katie Chonacas has racked up an impressive resume working with the likes of Jessica Simpson (Major Movie Star), David Twohy (A Perfect Getaway), Sharon Stone and 50 Cent (this month's direct-to-DVD Streets of Blood), and Nic Cage (with whose character she hooks up with on the hood of a car in Werner Herzog's future masterwork, Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans).
However, none of Chonacas' past or future film projects could possibly make quite the impact of "Virgin," a spoken word-meets-techno track from her 2009 album of the same name, which she performs under the AKA Kyriaki Sunday. Behold: the stunning music video for "Virgin," in which Chonacas (er, Kyriaki Sunday) wanders the woods in a red dress seeking an angel before bleeding from the eyes while reciting lines like, "All I want to do is play/Play/Play/Lay/Hey!"
