The Man who Would Be Robin Hood is supposedly considering a return to playing Jack Aubrey.
Giving his thoughts on the matter at a cricket game, Crowe revealed a sequel would predominantly use material from the 1986 book The Reverse of Medal, as 2003's Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World.
Of course, this is all based on a casual question asked at a cricket match and, as Crowe admits, there's hardly anything confirmed aside from talks.
Crowe will next been seen in Ridley Scott's Robin Hood.

As much as I like Master and Commander I just don't think there is a need for a second film.
