Well, we are amateur filmmakers... We played up the cheesiness.

As far as story goes, the idea is pretty simple. The character starts noticing the people in the park staring his direction and he gets worried, but they're not actually looking at him after all.

    • I've been considering buying an HV30,the quality and fidelity of your images certainly justify that purchase. I can't say I understood your film, but it looks just great. I also edit on Premiere elements 4.0. Good cheap and pretty reliable. Good Luck with your film. -Dave

I'd say go for it! I don't think you can get a better camcorder for the money. I have been very pleased with the video captured on my HV30.

There is a new version out, the HV40, which you might be interested in. It can shoot native 24p video, simulating film, which I would love. But you can't edit 24p with Premiere Elements, so unless you are going to purchase new software, it might be just as well to buy the HV30.

    • Like your sisters music in the film & how it is incorporated to build fear at the end to intensify
      the self consciousness.

Good editing and wonderful use of the stone frame
to film thru and to have the self conscious guy go out of that to hide.

Any story behind the green pepper?

Ahh, the pepper. Trey (the actor) showed up with that in hand and even though it serves no real purpose we decided to have him hold it.

I guess one could say that he is afraid that people are staring at his pepper, but I'll just leave it open to speculation.

I'm glad you liked the music, it wasn't what I had imagined, but I think it turned out perfectly.
