Soul hungry androids, breast grenades and chainsaw limbs?

ToBeNowhere
Kengo Kaji (writer of “Tokyo Gore Police”) is up to his typical insanity with “Samurai Princess,” out on English-subbed DVD in the U.K this October. “Samurai Princess” stars AV girl Aino Kishi as a deadly android on a warpath through feudal Japan with her guitar-toting partner (Dai Mizuno).

The plot is straight Japanese blood-and-guts trash: In an alternate universe, realistic looking mechanical dolls are commonplace in feudal Japan. But (of course) there is a disturbing downside to this trend… the dolls crave human souls. Enter Samurai Princess, an indestructible android decked out with breast grenades, wrist swords and the souls of 11 girls, in a gore-filled quest to save the human race.

Yoshi Nishimura (director of “Tokyo Gore Police”) produces and provides the gruesome special effects for this bloody exploitation gem. And what bizarre special effects they are, complete with the aforementioned breast grenades come detachable chainsaws, exploding heads and scissor legs. Straight ridiculous.
