The End of the Line. The film explains the catastrophic consequences of over fishing - and looks at the many important warning signs from the ocean that we have been ignoring.

The United Nation's Food and Agriculture Organisation says that around 80 per cent of wild marine fish are now either fully exploited or over fished.

    • @ idealist: I would rather starve…or just eat more chicken. :D

      A. I'm not a huge fan of fish.
      B. Eating a clone totally creeps me out.

      But being a Christian has nothing to do with my views. :)

    • Well there then needs to be some population reduction right?
      Could there be a connection that the population of the earth may be contributing to overfishing?
      I mean people gotta eat.
      So the one solution for that is a major world war, you know like in the past.
      Could be that the real powers that be have that in mind.
      Think about.

    • We are living in an unbalanced world, with a distorted view on politics race, religion, etc. we will not last long if we continue to treat the Earth and all her inhabitants without respect or regard. Sure we want to eat fish but we don't take care to ensure the sustainment of the fishes habitat.

    • Overfishing is just one problem. Add to that the CO2 that is being absorbed from the atmosphere and acidifying the water and farm fishing which causes it's own problems and yeah it isn't looking good
