This wasn't a great summer. It rained too much in the east and not enough in the west. And the movie choices were often disappointing. Still, Filmsoundoff critics were able to come up with five films that tickled their fancy. One was called "not only the best summer movie of 2009, it may be the best summer movie of all time. It will make you want to fall in love."
