Real-life married couple Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly star as Charles Darwin and his wife in this biographical drama. Set before the publication of ON THE ORIGIN OF SPECIES, CREATION finds Darwin grieving over the death of his daughter and feeling far away from his wife.

      jennifer conelly is hot even when shes made to look bland.
      the world is filled with questions that need answering, and darwin was man enough to not just conform and say. "god did it"
      wher did this come from? god.
      what helped this species survive against all odds? god
      why are christians afraid? god

      i like to beleive there are actual answers to lifes questions.

      where do I stand? Thanks for asking. Ya know, I just. don't. know. I don't know. And I'm fine with not knowing. I dismiss all the predictably dogmatic arguments.....

      The other night I was watching a program on the History Channel about what the earth would be like w/o the moon and long story short: Our moon is a product of fragmented rock that eventually fused together and continues in our orbit today. The gravitational pull of our moon keeps everything in line (the earths rotation, how FAST it rotates, our weather, the sea levels, etc).

      NOW. Entirely fascinated: I had to go, "Just COINCIDENCE" that we happened to of lucked out on a moon forming to keep the earth at a constant and thus setting a stage for lifeforms to mull about? Or are we just that lucky? Is there a big designer out there?

      i saw that same program:) yea but luck can be all of it.. other planet with " no life forms" have moons. mabey not close enough or big enough to make an impact..

      not knowing is more fun to me then letting somone else have control.
      i beleive theres i higher power just not fromthe christian stand point.

      Tell me how you really feel. Perhaps an argument that will never die. "How did we get here?" and all but what I like about this is that its diving into Darwin as a man w/ a wife and family and SHIT! WHAT WOULD THAT BE LIKE to be him and come to find out what he did?

      Good movie or not...I'm quite intrigued (and still confused about your point).

      some say weve allways been here but as monkeys at first then cavemen.
      some say adam and eve started us all off and were all cousins.
      im not saying i know the answer but id like to think theres more. i think we all do , thats why people beleive in god because thats enough for them and it makes sense.
      others just arent convinced.
