    • My review of "Couples Retreat". (This is a comedy, you say?)

I like how Bryan (neodobby) and I are rocking the same shirt this week. It's almost impossible to tell us apart!

    • My review of Bronson. I liked it but I didn't love it. I don't know what kept me from enjoying it, except for maybe a fragmented feeling about it. I'd still recommend seeing it, though.

they made up quite a few things, but its true that Bronson was released...twice as a matter of fact, so they actually left out some of his free time

    • Bla, bla, bla ... don't date an older man because he might screw you. No, really ... that's all he's in it for.

    • south texas doesn't get the good limited releases.
      resorted to couple's retreat.

no big hilarities and decent actors playing average characters. except vince vaughn, it looked like it came natural for him, because he was himself, like always!

if you actually like laughing, don't see it.

    • There so many good things to say about An Education it's really hard to know where to start.
Lets start with the screen play It was written by Nick Hornby who also wrote About a Boy, and High Fidelity.
It's takin by a momior by a British journalist about her experiences in the early 1960's in London when she was a sixteen year old school girl who got into a relationship with a man who's 20 years older than her.
This may my not that interesting, and may sound familiar but what this film does is very special.
But besides Nick Hornby, the credit also goes to Lone Sherfig the Director. A Danish woman who also did Italians for beginners
The rest of the credit goes to to spectacular cast, especially the star Carey Mulligan who plays the young girl.
Other than that, I think my opinion would be is that it's a good movie.

I'm impressed that you can do that all in one take. I keep having to stop and think about stuff. (F-U-B! Classy.)

    • Couples Retreat = Disappointing!

Shame on you, Rotten Tomatoes for reviewing An Education this week when it doesn't start limited release till next week! Shenanigans! I saw the trailer and it looked really interesting.

*Sigh* I probably would have ended up at Couples Retreat anyway for the formula of Jason Bateman + Vince Vaughn + Jon Favreau....I had to see the fail for myself. It had so much potential, how sad that it didn't work well. Go rent "The Break-Up" instead, it is 10x better easily.

      Nice hat, Ellen Fox.

    • (Everything you see here is said on my video, i wrote it)
Couples retreat was one of those movies I didn't really think it was going to be all that great.
I thought it was going to be one of those cant movies.
But I am happily able to say that I was wrong. It was actually pretty good, it was really funny.
I guess the reason why I liked so much was because it was.. the Directoring day beau of Ralphy from a Christmas story.
The casting was was awesome, everyone did a great job, it was perfect.
Maybe for one part of the movie at the end it was kind of cheese, but then again every movie has it cheese parts, right?
But other than that part it was great, Another thing that I liked was that for comedy it had a pretty good message slash story.
One thing I have to point out is that The youngest son of Vince Von, he was an excellent little actor, he was such an adorable kid, he was the cutest kid ever. I'm just saying that I know for sure he's going to be picked for plenty of other movies in the future, as the “Cute Kid”.
Well I got nothing else to say, other than the editing was very well done Ralphy did a great job making this movie. And that I don't think you should write this off as a dumb comedy, because it's not.

Go watch, it's fun, entertaining, and just plain great!
