Das wird besser als "Über" sein, wie heißt das "Oober" dann? Ich vermute dass die Idee zum ersten Mal sowieso nur für die Ausspruche war. Na ja, lustig.
I'm guessing Oober was originally thought to be the easy pronunciation of Über, which is funny.

I've found out that "Über" stands for "About" in German. "AboutMind" would be a silly name for a movie.

Words can take different connotations in certain context. It means about when you are talking 'about' someone/thing. It also means over in some contexts. I'm guessing the reference is to "Übermensch", a concept by Nietzsche, where it is translated to over-man or beyond-man.
Translations are never exact. The cultural subtleties are very important to language and those can only be perceived through experiences. This is why Latin is truly a dead language, no matter how much you study the dictionary, you will never experience that culture.
Check out Nietzsche's thoughts about Über.
