Movie Treatment Eerily Accurate

In early Summer 2001 a treatment for a motion picture about a second terrorist attack in which Bin Laden's son uses Cargo Jets' Remote Guided Nav. Systems to crash into Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant was completed and copyrighted three months prior to September 11, 2001. Gleaned from tireless research, the fictional document puts Bin Laden Sr. already in custody after the first attack, and there is even the line: "For the first time in United States History all flights are grounded". The document itself is a study in
layman forecasting, given the copious amounts of information available online at that time.
