In a very telling victory over 'Avatar' and 'Inglourious Basterds,' Kathryn Bigelow's 'The Hurt Locker' may have edged closer to Oscar glory thanks to the Producers Guild of America. 'Mad Men' and '30 Rock' also continued their grip as being the most decorated series on television today.
