Matthew Vaughn, who directed the controversial superhero movie "Kick-ass", told Comic Book Resources that he loves to make a movie based on Sandman.

Vaughn says "You know what, I would love to do Sandman, but I think it's stuck in development hell. But that could be, like, a Lord of the Rings, just a huge movie."

    • Dont get me wrong Matthew Vaughn is a great director and producer but does he have the subtle touch, he will need to properly tell the story of Dream and the rest of the Endless? Why doesn't Neil Gaiman give it a shot himself, I think he has learned his lesson since his BBC train wreck Neverwhere (which is an amazing book by the way)
