MOVIE REVIEW: Despite its film geek reverence to the classic 80s buddy/cop genre, Kevin Smith's homage proves to be a frustrating experience. While 'Cop Out' is on target with the casting of Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan, a disappointing script handcuffs the film into one that ultimately 'cops out' as both a comedy and an action film.
