The road to Oscar gets bumpy for Kathryn Bigelow's 'The Hurt Locker.' Industry tongues have been wagging over the revelation of one of its producer's badmouthing Email campaign against 'Avatar.' Hollywood's methods of business are hardly squeaky clean, but did Nicolas Chartier really deserve to be banned by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences from attending this Sunday's ceremony?
