how would they propose to enforce this, if it became law? they can't. as stated above, the industry enforces itself with mandatory hiv testing, but so called 'pre-condom' dvds, vhs, etc, are always advertised as such, and have a much bigger market, and therefore more money.

All porn companies require frequent tests, and upon showing up to work you need to provide brand new results to prove you're *still* clean. It's not optional. If you don't have a test, people will simply refuse to work with you.

Fact. I work in adult and have talked to pornstars about this very topic. They say they're suspicious of their non-pornstar mates because they have no history of testing, whereas the stars do as a matter of course.

there is nothing 'black-market' about it....any catalog, list of porn sales, states clearly whether it is 'pre-condom', 'use of condoms', etc, and price accordingly.
