After reading the synopsis for this film, you can see how the trailer does let down the film because the narrative really sells how interesting the film might be when going to see it in the cinema. The story follow Vietnam vet 'Hansome' Harry Sweeney, who visits an old navy friend dying in hospital (Steve Buscemi). The friend wants help to get forgiveness relating to an incident him and their other friends where involved with in the past.
"But guilt and memories have a mysterious grasp on Harry, and he finally relents, driving down the East Coast to call on his old comrades. As he confronts the three other men involved in a long-ago crime, he observes how each man has dealt with his own guilt [...] Though they've all grown older, it is unclear whether any of them have really found salvation. As the road stretches out before Harry, two mysteries gradually unfold: what really happened on that night thirty years ago, and the mystery of what it has meant to Harry and how it has shaped his life ever since."-Trailer Addict.
