Odd, but true...graffiti at Pier 43½ is attracting HUGE attention!

About a week ago a world famous graffiti artist tagged the white metal lock box under the old View Alcatraz sign next to the Red and White Fleet ticket booth on Pier 43½. Since that time, people have been coming by in great numbers to take pictures. Why? Rumor has it - the work is worth lots of money and is affiliated with the promotion of “The World’s First Street Art Disaster Movie…now screening at Embarcadero Center’s movie theater. Curious?
