Let the Right One In is such a perfect horror film, when I heard an American remake was planned I couldn't help but groan but this looks good. Chloe Moretz was an odd choice for the Americanized Eli but she did great work in Kick-Ass and (500) Days of Summer so I imagine she'll be up to snuff. Plus it will be interesting to see what Matt Reeves (Cloverfield) does with the source material.
